BASE64 decoding algorithm
Base64 encoding
Base64 is the most common network for the transmission of 8Bit one byte code encoding, we can see RFC2045 ~ RFC2049, MIME above detailed specifications.
8Bit Base64 demanded of every three bytes into four 6Bit bytes ( 3 * 8 = 4 * 6 = 24) , and then add another two high 6Bit 0, 8Bit composed of four bytes, which is that the converted string theory will be longer than the original 1 / 3.

Data Acquisition
FPGA internally generated data source, host-side program to respond to pci card issued by the interrupt signal, the hardware in the data are transferred to the host board, and the corresponding data is displayed on the interface and the received data frames. Will receive the data to disk for viewing.
